In order to enrich the community, Phoenix Group has given the land to Zagreb City Authorities. The mentioned land will be used in order to build a kindergarten and a church.

Exterior and interior of Phoenix Plaza will be designed in order to be adjusted for people with special needs. Therefore, the centre will be equipped with various features that will ease the motion of all the people.
